We love Junip. Great customer support, friendly staff. They hold your hand throughout the entire process and make set up so easy. It is a full service app that is very user friendly. Highly recommend. Increases conversion better than most other Apps that we have tried. It is a great way for customers to provide feedback and allow us to ensure a great customer experience.

Having worked in the Shopify ecosystem over the last decade as an e-com marketer, I find Junip to be the best reviews app on the market. It gets the job done, has lots of great and relevant features, and their onboarding team is second to none.

Super easy to set up and get going with Junip. The installation was quick, and getting the reviews to show up on my theme was a piece of cake. It was surprisingly easy to bring over my reviews from my old platform. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but nope – the whole import process was smooth, and all my reviews transferred without any issues. If you’re looking for a review app that’s straightforward and just works, Junip is where it’s at. Definitely recommend giving it a go!
