The chat communication was excellent — they responded quickly to our questions about language versions and helped us smoothly launch the program on our new Czech and upcoming Slovak stores. The service was very prompt and staff was helpful. I like that they have a live chat feature supported by their staff who are very well trained. I just installed the app and had no idea how to set up. I was served by Hana and she was very helpful in guiding me and also helped to set it up each step of the way. I'm grateful for the assistance as it would've taken me several days to figure things out. Great job!
