Absolutely thrilled with the support Audrey and Hana provided for our Loyalty Point page setup! They were incredibly responsive and patient, even when I struggled with adding the blocks. Audrey jumped in right away, added the necessary elements, and was so kind throughout the process. The app itself is fantastic and so easy to use. And as it turned out, I needed some extra help later on (of course!). Audrey and Hana didn’t miss a beat—they were quick, accommodating, and went above and beyond with some custom coding to make sure the widget functioned perfectly on my page. I'm very happy with the Joy App so far, I could customise it to suit my brand which I love. I have yet to utilize this app to it's full capabilities but the support upon setup was completely handled for me by Hana. She did a great job walking me through the process and performing most of the setup tasks herself. This app has a lot of clever features that I am excited to add to our new site.
