The service was very prompt and staff was helpful. I like that they have a live chat feature supported by their staff who are very well trained. I just installed the app and had no idea how to set up. I was served by Hana and she was very helpful in guiding me and also helped to set it up each step of the way. I'm grateful for the assistance as it would've taken me several days to figure things out. Great job!

I had a few issues setting up the Joy Rewards app and initially spoke to a couple of team members. However, it was Sonny who truly stood out. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly understand and resolve my issue. While others tried to help, only Sonny stayed on until everything was properly sorted.
