Hana helped me with all my questions in terms of which plan provides the features I were looking for such as tier memberships with different multiplier earn and redemption rates. Definitely a good app and great customer service.

Installed the app and had some quick quistions about it. Alyssa had all the answers and even helped with a little coding while the technical team wasn't available at that time. The app is easy to use en flexibel enough to implement all idea's you have about Loyalty. Great app with very nice features to bad we are not big enough to upgrade to an higher subscription to use even more features.
