I'm early in the app, but finding out lots of functions and ease of use that other apps have struggled with. Support was also very quick.

Instant Builder is an absolute game-changer — incredibly versatile, easy to use, and packed with smart features that make page building fast and intuitive. The customer service team is fantastic: quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful every time I’ve reached out. The only downside is the pricing structure. The upfront pricing doesn’t clearly mention how many pages are included in each plan, and publishing limits can feel restrictive — especially if you want to build multiple category or collection pages. It can get expensive fast once you start expanding your site. That said, the app itself is excellent — beautifully designed, powerful, and constantly improving. Overall, a must-have tool for anyone serious about building better pages in Shopify!

Really good builder! Much more intuitive than anything else I've used thus far. If you're coming from Framer, this is a good alternative that's native to Shopify. Hoping they keep releasing lots of new features.

This is the best customer service and technical service I have ever experienced. As a business owner building her website, with very little technical skill, it really makes a HUGE difference to be able to speak to someone as I am editing along the way. Not only this, but the interfaces are so easy to work with and are so accessible. The interface of Shopify has been such a burden until I came across Instant. Now I feel in control of how my shop looks without having to hire someone!

I was looking for a page builder that offered an interactive browser experience for the user. This is a very powerful page builder with a lot of flexibility on building pages and sections for existing pages. The technical support is outstanding and any questions I have are typically answered within the hour. Very impressed so far.

Instant.so has helped us improve our website SIGNIFICANTLY. We started using GemPages, but instant.so improved our sitespeed 100% with the same design. They also have way more functionalities, for example using metafields in your page. That being said, there support went above and beyond to help us with our pages. We have had 100+ emails back & forward and I can say it's the best support I've had with ANY shopify app. 100% 10/10 recommended!!

I judge products not just by how well they work, but by how support responds when they don’t. Instant delivers on both. Huge thanks to Jay and Arslan — consistently responsive, resourceful, and helpful. The builder has a bit of a learning curve, but I was able to get up and running with Shopify quickly. I appreciate the granular control across screen sizes and the deep integration with the Shopify ecosystem. My only frustration is with components — adding or editing elements can be inconsistent. Sometimes it works smoothly; other times, not at all. Still, this is a strong tool for Shopify design, and it keeps improving.
