the product is fine, but there is a lot of work needed to tag products in each individual post. i wish this was a more seamless action.

Excellent customer service. I submitted a request for assistance with a custom code for a legacy theme on a Friday morning and had the feed up and running Monday afternoon. The app itself works seamlessly and looks great on the page. Good product and team.

Great built in app. Only slight niggle, it doesn't send any alerts if/when it loses connection with Instagram.

Instafeed looks great on our page - we love it. The one time I required support for an issue that was caused by a Shopify API update, their response was swift - they were able to respond in real time and fix my problem. Highly recommend.

The users have found the product cards and the interactions weird and odd enough. They were looking for similar experiences, as bigger companies like Zalando do. Post management is also kinda chaotic in terms of placement and ordering.

Easy to use, I like the way I am now able to visually link my insta to my store so that clients moving in both directions see a professional cohesive business.
