I have set everything up but didn't get a reply from them as it's not showing on our product page. On the home page it's showing with a huge errors. Support is bad and charging they will.

If you add the Instafeed to one page, it will show up on other pages as well. I tried to have it only on one page but was unable to do this. Tried the live chat with support, but the live chat support is just a way to collect emails and no one is actually live. If you try to rate the app one star anywhere else but here it just pulls up the so-called live chat, pretty shady.

worst App , i dont know wht the problem is , the app does not load properly in shopfiy backend and you cant save or edit your feed , worst customer support dont understand why should a paying customer enter there email id and bang there head with a chat bot.

As explained over email taking email of paying customers and providing them better and faster customer support cannot be marked as email collection any where in the world. I had share detailed screen shot with your team over email and shared my browser and system details as well and no i was not using any app and was never blocked etc by your app , your app has some navigation issue in feed settings page , instead of arguing with messenger it would be great if you could focus on improving the app UI and customer support.
