"Idealo Feed Export" hat mich total überzeugt! Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht und es bietet genau das, was ich für mein Online-Geschäft brauche. Die Einrichtung war super einfach, und meine Produktfeeds sehen jetzt besser aus als je zuvor. Der Verkauf auf verschiedenen Plattformen ist jetzt ein Kinderspiel. Wir haben die App seit September 2023 im Einsatz und die App funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Anbindung an Idealo war dank der Unterstützung der sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und schnell reagierenden Mitarbeitern von Eshop Guide schnell bewerkstelligt. Damit hört es aber auch nicht auf, denn der Support ist auch jetzt noch gegeben. Wir hatten eine Rückfrage zu einer Einstellung und in einer schnellen Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit wurde uns mit einem kurzen Video weitergeholfen. Besten Dank an das Team von Eshop Guide!

Super App! Einfache Einrichtung - klare Strukturen und ein super hilfsbereites und freundliches Support Team! Selbst bei kleineren Anfragen werden einem sogar individualisierte Erklärvideos zur Verfügung gestellt! Das nenne ich mal guten Support! Super App! Easy setup - clear structures and a super helpful and friendly support team! Even with smaller requests, you are even provided with individualized explanatory videos! That's what I call good support!
