Whether they are set up within Shopify or directly through your app, they are automatically applied, making it incredibly easy for me to configure different types of promotions such as percentage discounts, free products, or other incentives. I will admit there is a bit of learning curve to use the app, but once you figure it out it’s such a breeze. There is good YouTube videos, and manoj/ support team are awesome! We encountered an issue and they fixed it as promised and kept us updated as well. I recommend this app!
