1. We incurred a loss of 30K USD. We discovered this after customer complaints: the cart drawer is not responsive and so small and does not work on some devices.
2. There are no cart drawer design templates, and the CSS is insufficient.
3. The UI/UX is not user-friendly.
4. The company does not have enough employees, and only junior developers are available.
5. No one speaks English; translation into Hindi is required.
6. It is not compatible with other applications. Custom JS needs to be added for "add to cart" triggers, which is not the case with other applications.
7. It does not automatically fetch custom attributes or options, whereas other applications do.

This app is absolute brazenness, an abuse and a robbery, since its use is exclusive online, but they also charge you for orders placed at POS, which is where I sell the most, and has been exploited.
After many complaints and time wasted, they have fixed it, but they are not able to return the money they have charged and, and it does not belong to them. In the meantime 2 months where charged while making complaints and its 90€/month, that is 180€!!!
So that I realize that no matter how much they try to change now it's too late, I have lost a lot of money.
