Introduction Video

Description

A cheaper delivery option to a nearby pickup location (e.g., coffee shop)

With HubOn, local makers from bakers to florists can serve a broader market (60 miles radius) through our pickup location network. As a merchant, you can drop off your orders at any of our hubs and we will deliver them to a hub closest to your customer. Delivering to a nearby store provides customers a flexible pickup time and a safer option especially for perishable items as our hub partners are equipped with fridges and freezers.

Pros

Cheaper order fulfillment via local pickup
Serves a broader market with a 60 miles radius
Flexibility for customers to pick up items at their convenience
Safer option for perishable items with hubs equipped with fridges and freezers
Network of pickup locations

Cons

Limited to a 60 miles radius which may not be sufficient for all merchants or customers

Additional steps and time involved in dropping off orders at hubs
Possible delays if the pickup hub network is not efficiently managed
