App is not working as expected. Support only available through "in-shopify-mail" (no reply so far). By coincidence I messaged their support software because it is linked on the bottom of their app (why would you link them?).

Broke my checkout and lost money due to it. Support was helpful to fix it in the beginning, but stopped responding for a week now. I had to pause all rules and there still is no fix to this date.
