We have used Gorgias for years. Georgias has a lot of feautures and works well with Shopify, but recently costs have gotten out of hand. It is very expensive. Gorgias cost me $1,000 last month for less than 50 inquiries, which works out to about $14.50 per inquiry which is obscene. Support is non-existent even though I own the store I unable to get support. I am now evaluating other service due to horrendous cost and complete lack of support.

I've been very satisfied with Gorgias in my time using it for 2 brands - user-friendly, plug and play with a lot of integrations, and solid reporting. We have recently upgraded to automations and AI, and that has boosted our CS productivity, reducing wait and resolution times, as well giving our customers more solid information without having to reach out. Would definitely recommend!

We've been able to unlock automations like order cancellations with the Shopify + Gorgias integration. Historically, we would not catch these types of requests in time, the order would ship and we would have to pay to accommodate the customer's return back to our warehouse.

Great job by the AI agent on this one. A customer asked for estimated shipping and delivery dates for an order, and the response was clear, accurate, and easy for the customer to understand. It walked through processing times, explained the shipping timeline, and gave a realistic delivery window. The message didn’t require any follow-up from our team. This is exactly the kind of support experience we hope our customers receive. Thanks AI for being there for our customers when we are not :)

We switched over to Gorgias from Zendesk a little over a year ago and have been loving our experience so far! It's integration with Shopify is extremely smooth, and we've got a lot of support to built more custom solutions for our AI Agent to connect it to our other platforms as well, to over more direct actions for our customers. I also like how Gorgias is much more willing to listen to user experiences and potential pain points to add new additions to their upcoming road map. Overall very happy with our experience so far!

We’ve been using Gorgias for several years now and just recently installed the AI bot. It was a seamless process to train the bot to cut down drastically on customer service tickets by automating responses to FAQs through the chat and providing quick response time.
