I’ve been using GSR dropshipping for about three months now, and overall I’m satisfied. The platform is easy to get started with and works well even for beginners. None of my orders were shipped within 10 days; every order experienced severe delays. The product sourcing was of poor quality, the logistics were chaotic, and customer service communication and support were inadequate. As a result, I received numerous customer complaints and refund requests, and I lost a significant amount of money.

Customer support was disappointing. I inquired about order status and refunds, but received no response. Product information was also vague. Ultimately, I not only wasted time but also lost money. If you truly want to build a sustainable business, I strongly suggest you avoid this app.

I have now worked with GSR dropshipping for around 6 months. My agent Zoe has during this whole time been extremely helpful with everything. I always get very quick replies if I want a quote for a new product or help with fulfilling to customers. Everything has been very clear and easy. Also because GSR have checked product quality for me my customers have been very happy with the products and I have almost no returns because of this. I can highly recommend to anyone who wants fast, flexible, friendly and professional help.
