Dropshipping is something new for me, I have a Swedish mentor called Philip Isberg and he is great. Someone in our slack group showed Grace phone number for me and she told me to contact her on What’s up for fulfilling orders. I think this far they are really good at fulfilling orders, it was much easier than with Aliexpress and all that which I never figured out how to do anyway. My tips when it comes to payment is use PayPal, I tried bank payment but it was too hard for me to fulfill payments. I know What’s up feels like a playground for third world scammers, but hear me out I have good experience with Crystal and Grace they are doing wonders for GSR. The only problem is Meta (Facebook) with their awful tracking.

Consistently delayed shipments and unreliable operations! The agency managing my orders through this app delivers far below expectations. None of my orders were shipped within 10 days, and almost every single one experienced significant delays. Product sourcing is uncoordinated, logistics are disorganized, and communication is severely lacking. Products marked as "in stock" remained unshipped for days. I was repeatedly told, "it will ship today or tomorrow," just to buy time. As a result, I received multiple complaints from customers, refund requests, and a clear loss of trust in my brand. This is an unprofessional, unstructured service with no operational standards. Working with an agent who consistently fails to meet basic delivery expectations directly damages your business. If you're running a dropshipping model and depend on controlled shipping times, this app is absolutely not suitable. Using this service puts your customer satisfaction and store reputation at serious risk.
