None of my orders were shipped within 10 days, and almost every single one experienced significant delays. Product sourcing is uncoordinated, logistics are disorganized, and communication is severely lacking. Products marked as "in stock" remained unshipped for days. I was repeatedly told, "it will ship today or tomorrow," just to buy time. As a result, I received multiple complaints from customers, refund requests, and a clear loss of trust in my brand. This is an unprofessional, unstructured service with no operational standards. Working with an agent who consistently fails to meet basic delivery expectations directly damages your business.
