This app is truly amazing! It's amazing how it manages to arrange ads so they're visible on Google, Bing, and social media. It works great, and I can say I've seen real results. After upgrading for a 14 days trial, when we wanted to rollback to previous plan, it had increased +25% the price and they told me that “it is Shopify who manages it and they could do nothing”. We know that if they want, they can refund, but they lied to us. Be careful. We will unsubscribe as soon as we find a new Mechant Center connector supplier.

Excellent app, tried many apps before, but this app gives all solutions to most of the requirements with multiple functionalities. UI/UX is also far better than other apps that I have tried before. AI functionality is best suited to generate and send additional data to GMC. The currency inconsistency issue is also resolved after installing this app. Highly recommended if you are selling to multiple international markets and in multiple currencies.

Ashwitha from support was very helpful. We asked if Nabu would be able to help with our our google merchant center suspension for misrepresentation. Although she stated she was not sure it that was something that could definitely be resolved for us, she still did checks on our website, policies etc as well as some suggestions for us to use.

Bislang bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die App macht es mir einfacher, Google Merchant Fehler zu beheben (age group und gender) und so mein Listing bei Google zu verbessern. Auch die Nabu KI für Highlights ist super. Der Support antwortet schnell und zuverlässig. Preis ist fair!

I’ve never seen an app this problematic in my life. 1- It doesn’t sync the Product Type fields correctly. 2- Customer support always says “we’ve escalated it, you’ll be notified by email,” but no email ever comes and the issue is never resolved. 3- You're not sending the first image of the product, you're sending the first image of the first variant. If the variant has no image, then you allow sending one of the first few product images (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). There's a big difference between a listing image and a variant image, and I already explained this during the video call. I'm still waiting for a proper answer. 4- I even recorded and sent a Loom video to explain everything clearly, but the issue remains the same. It feels like they pretend to listen, but nothing changes. 5- Most tickets never get a response, except maybe 1 or 2. 6- Product titles in Merchant Center were automatically appended with Variant Option Names and Values, causing character limits to be exceeded. I had to manually fix this using Excel import/export. Trying to explain anything to support is incredibly difficult — it feels like they go out of their way not to understand you. In short: If you're a small or new store, maybe it’s fine. But if you manage products with 40–80 variants each, avoid this app. You’ll regret it.

Very good app, highly recommended, unfortunately no word press version has been developed, for some reason I have to migrate the store to word press, hopefully a word press version will be developed soon!

Lately I have an error, I sync the products from nabu to my merchant and after a few days the products that were imported are deleted from my merchant. I contacted the support about this error and they told me they will investigate, one week and I do not have any response from them and is very frustrating. I have been using this app for a few months now but this issue is making me to delete this app, cause it doesn't help at all that I have to sync the products everyday back to my merchant Update review: The team checked and indetified the issue, after that they solved it. Right now everything is running perfect, so I changed my initial review to 5 stars
