The support is great and the app is easy to use. When I have a problem, the support responds quickly. The mega menu allows me to do things I couldn't do before, and I can put it in the menu, so it's easy to use and the logo is good.

Globo Mega Menu is a solid tool for creating complex navigation in Shopify. We had a temporary issue during an app update, but support resolved it quickly—thank you, Helen, for the prompt and professional help. An official API would be a huge improvement for automation (export/import, updates, versioning).
