This is an amazing program. Very easy to install and use. Another big plus is the service...absolutely fantastic. We have a big customer and needed a bit of help with a giant order and they responded quickly and sent videos showing exactly what we needed to do...multiple times. I'd give 6 stars.

Gift card suite's support has been great to work with! I would highly recommend this app for your gift card's needs! Plus, you can schedule the send of the gift card and even send a video message!

This app has been so helpful on our site! We didn't offer online gift cards for a while because the built-in Shopify product just didn't make sense for customers. We didn't love other solutions we'd found -- until Gift Card Pro! This app was easy & flexible to set up, and most importantly it is smooth for our customers. Recently, we requested some help on a component. Not only was the customer service quick, but also proactive! They implemented other improvements that caught their eye and sent us a helpful overview explaining what/where/why. Thanks to the Gist team.

I installed this app on 3 websites to provide an elevated virtual gift card experience- schedule send, choose a gift card image, personal note, etc. I contacted support with a few configuration issues/questions and received super helpful hands-on support from Tim. He answered loads of questions and helped with some customizations to help make gift cards seamless with our theme and elevate the experience. We are very excited to launch this product and impressed by Tim's support!

Look no further! We tried a bunch of different Gift Card apps, and nothing compared. It is incredibly user-friendly, has a beautiful interface for back admins and customers, and I can't say enough good things about their support team. Their reps have sent me videos to walk me through solutions to the questions I have. Top-notch customer service & product.
