Description

Say goodbye to disappointed customers unable to deliver their gifts on time.

In many countries, merchants can't charge for orders until dispatch. This delays digital gift cards and specifically if ordered with physical goods. #GiftCardFulfiller solves this by processing gift cards immediately, sending them to customers at purchase, while other items await manual fulfillment. Enhance customer experience and avoid delays in gifting intentions.

Ensuring your customer's good intentions aren’t hindered by logistical delays.
Automatically processes the gift card.
Enhance your customer's experience.

Pros

Automatically processes gift cards
Enhances customer experience by immediately delivering gift cards
Avoids delays in gifting intentions for digital gift cards
Improves the overall shopping experience by separating digital and physical item fulfillment
Ensures good intentions aren't hindered by logistical delays

Cons

May not be necessary for businesses that don't offer gift cards or have minimal sales of them
Could potentially create confusion if customers expect all items in their order to be fulfilled immediately
Requires initial setup and integration which might be complex for some merchants

The app does what it should and the customer support is top notch. (We ran into a small issue during testing after our initial install but the support team was able to fix the glitch overnight. Everything is running smoothly as it should now and we appreciate the fast customer support!)

Unfortunately, the app keeps missing gift cards which we end up sending manually after receiving an email from the upset customer. I emailed support, and we are waiting for a response. Happy to change my rating when this gets resolved. UPDATE** the developer was happy to offer a custom solution. We haven't tested it yet but hopefully, we will not be missing any gift card orders again!
