No free plan at all, Customer Service is a bot that keep customers in a loop. I dont recommand it, stay away from it.

Other apps that also embed UGC videos in the shop cost a lot of money. GhostRetail fulfils exactly the same conditions and is free of charge. I can only recommend the app!

FINALLY! I've been searching days for an app that allows me to put UGC videos in a carousel format on my product page. Surprisingly, NONE of the apps I previously downloaded allowed this but then, I found Ghost and WOW.
