⚠️ WARNING: FRAUD ALERT! ⚠️ This shipping company has fraudulently overcharged us ₹40,000, with an additional ₹14,000 still pending for refund despite multiple follow-ups. 727 orders were wrongly marked and charged under the name of over weight, My so many products comes in a tiny box. Still these Mother fucker Rascals have charged and not giving any proof received from Courier. It causing massive financial loss. They have failed to provide any resolution and are deliberately delaying the refund process. If our amount is not credited back immediately, we will be taking legal action against them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They are scamming businesses by overcharging and not returning the money. Stay away and save yourself from financial loss. #Fraud #ScamAlert #ShippingFraud #LegalAction

For any new company considering sending shipments with them - DON'T! Their website does not work properly, they do not resolve issues on time, they do not get back on call or emails. When they do, they assure an update that never comes. I have to explain them the issue multiple times over multiple calls again and again and they never solve it! They will take your money and give you false promises and but never solve your issue. You are much better off with shiprocket.

They are big time frauds, they'll hold your cod remittance for weeks and even redirect your COD RETURNS to their warehouse. When you tell them that the returns are showing delivered but we haven't received it, they'll just say delivered show kr rha hai. Even though vo inn logo ne apne paas mangwaliye hai. When you'll tell them to return it, they'll again come up with excuses and end up sending diaper in your return. After all this mess up, they have the audacity to shout at customer for asking the solution (which is being delayed by them) You'll get frustrated mentally while dealing with them.
