EDITED REVIEW Below is the original review, which shortly after being published got me an email from my account representative looking to hear more about my appreciation. She was accompanied by the Director of Growth, and the three of us took had a dense 45-minute discussion about what could be improved and which improvements were just about to be rolled out. From the looks of it, it does seem like the user experience will be considerably improved, and I have to say I am looking forward to seeing them in action. Perhaps the most important aspect of this call was how the Clickship team and direction are dedicated to customer service, and this is all to their credit and goes a long way in terms of my appreciation of a supplier. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This app is great news for saving on shipping. I am hugely appreciative of all the costs saved over the past 2+ years. Customer service varies between "outstanding" and "meh". It really depends on who takes the call / email. Fortunately there's been more good than bad on average, so here goes one star. The other star removed, and that's the most important one in my opinion, is on the customer experience on the platform. There are some basic navigating functionalities that are missing (having to click "X" to close a certain window instead of clicking outside of it, having to click "Enter" to run a particular search instead of hitting the key, the clunkiness of the order page which cannot be sorted by any other parameter than date when it would be relevant to sort orders by selected carrier or store or tag, the impossibility to easily add just one manual order to the order page instead of uploading a csv, the fact that you can't set orders temporarily "on hold" to see them removed from the cue). It feels like an app designed by people who have never done any serious work at a shipping station. The discounted shipping rates keep me using it, but I continue to miss a more Ux forward app like Shipstation.

Great shipping rates, and solid support. Easy to use and integrate. Good rates even on LTL shipments. We are glad we switched.

We LOVE ClickShip and our representative Suzanne! When she connected with us after the first Canada Post strike, she walked us through everything and made the change over so easy! The back end is so easy to use and connected easily to the back end of our website. I know without it we would be in a pickle to get our packages out to customers across Canada so we are super grateful. We have been referring our small business family and friends to ClickShip and reporting how great it has been for us to keep moving our packages easily. A game changer for all small businesses.

He has always been there there to help and has been efficient at helping us navigate through ongoing strikes and shipping issues - as we are a small business, this has been imperative. I first started using Clickship a few months ago for the great rates and easy integration with Shopify. It's made a big difference in our ability to pivot with the ongoing changes with postal strikes and tariffs. My Account Manager has been exceptional with communications and helping me navigate the options during these changes. Kudos to the team for a great app and company to partner with.

The app works well and it has great functionality. It's great to have so many carriers to choose from and ensure the lowest cost for shipping. James Lang who helped us set up our account was also extremely responsive and answered any questions we had whilst we were learning the system.

We LOVE Clickship! It’s the BEST! We’ve been using them for over a year. If it wasn’t for ClickShip we wouldn’t even be able to ship to the US with all of the tariffs. ClickShip has walked me through everything to do with CUSMA. Our representative is Serena (Shipwithserena) and she’s been amazing with everything over this past year. Serena takes the time to literally call you and answer your phone calls to help you with ANY issue. She’s been a lifesaver. Shipping through Canada? The prices and convenient pickups can’t be beat. I promise, they aren’t paying me anything, I’m just really grateful for Clickship and my account rep Serena, I’ve NEVER experienced the level of customer service she’s given us.

After Canada Post lost my trust last Fall, I have transitioned over to Clickship and have had zero issues. Great rates, easy label creation and helpful that it integrates with Shopify. I do use the Shopify platform for generating labels on Shopify orders, but I also send many packages that do not come through Shopify. They all go through Clickship. Thank you!
