This app is great news for saving on shipping. I am hugely appreciative of all the costs saved over the past 2+ years. Customer service varies between "outstanding" and "meh". It really depends on who takes the call / email. Fortunately there's been more good than bad on average, so here goes one star. The other star removed, and that's the most important one in my opinion, is on the customer experience on the platform. There are some basic navigating functionalities that are missing (having to click "X" to close a certain window instead of clicking outside of it, having to click "Enter" to run a particular search instead of hitting the key, the clunkiness of the order page which cannot be sorted by any other parameter than date when it would be relevant to sort orders by selected carrier or store or tag, the impossibility to easily add just one manual order to the order page instead of uploading a csv, the fact that you can't set orders temporarily "on hold" to see them removed from the cue). It feels like an app designed by people who have never done any serious work at a shipping station. The discounted shipping rates keep me using it, but I continue to miss a more Ux forward app like Shipstation.

Beware if a product is lost etc cust service takes 3-6 months. In our experience closer to six months. Poor customer service but otherwise shipping pricing is good. Starla
