The design, customization and flexibility of the theme is great. The free add-ons are much needed and very valuable. There are a lot of little things this theme offers that many others do not. If you need it, the documentation and video tutorials are a benefit as well. On the rare occasions that I did need help figuring out something, the customer service response has been quick, professional and very helpful, quickly sorting out my issues. It’s rare that I leave reviews but this theme, and company, has it all figured out. It’s top notch.

Atendimento nota 5, muito atenciosos e rápido Limitação dos recursos: 3 Eu comprei o Tema Minimong com o pacote Foxkit junto, mas existe uma limitação de uso dos recursos para apenas 5 aplicações. O que restringe muito a utilização, alguns recursos estratégicos, basicamente são “amostra gratis”, só pagando o maior pacote para usar tudo.

I've created a website in the last few weeks. When I needed it, the customer service was super fast and efficient to solve all the problems I wanted for my theme.

We have used Foxkit for a while, but the customer support over the last month (since they switched off the chat) has been terrible. We are waiting to fix a few issues, a simple one with bundles and we haven't been able to sort it out with them for over a week now, every time a different person from the team getting back to us.

Happy with all the additional options and limitless possibilities which allows to get rid of loads of small apps and make the website faster and more reliable. The support is also fast and helpful.
