So far it's working really well, I just installed it today. I do see that the pop up is showing up after I left the field empty to disable it.

Like that the answers it gives is taken from the website. Would be greater, however, if there was also the option to be able to transfer to a live person. I'll try using this is addition to a live chat app, but I fear it will slow things down, so we will see how it goes.

The key reason I chose this application was that it is the only company I could trust, as it is fully compliant with GDPR & the AI Act. Additionally, after implementing this app, I found it very easy to operate, with a simple and intuitive management interface. This is definitely a great advantage. What impressed me the most was their excellent support system. Even for inquiries beyond their usual scope of work, they responded promptly and sincerely. I highly recommend this app!

I like that the chatbot is trained on the content from our site. Was easy to set up and the free tier is nice for a small business. If it gets used then I'll be happy to pay because it will save time in support and sales. It would be nice to get email summaries of the stats and chats.

Wir haben die App seit 14 Tagen im Test und sind bisher von der Performance begeistert. Die KI liefert sehr genaue und für unsere Marke passgenaue Antworten. Zudem übernimmt sie Beratungsaufgaben für die perfekte Produktauswahl (Typenberatung). On top können Kund:innen über den Chat ihren Versandstatus prüfen oder eine Retoure einleiten. Das erleichtert den Workload im Customer Service für uns deutlich.

Toller Chatbot, unsere Kunden freut es. Der Setup und die Einbindung in Shopify ist sehr einfach, bei uns hat es nach dem installieren ungefähr 2 Stunden gedauert bis wir den Chatbot testen konnten. Schon bei den ersten Testfragen hat man gemerkt wie fundiert die Antworten sind, wir haben den Chatbot daraufhin in Shopify live geschaltet und es bis heute nicht bereut.

I am giving 5 stars just for the set up, its literally one click!!! After a 2 hour wait for the data to load and the chatbot to be ready, we were thrilled to see how gorgeous the default design is and how spot on the answers are. We made a few minor tweaks to the rules and are testing it now, so far its been outstanding!!

I thought the AI was off on a couple of answers, but the support team helped track down the source URLs of those, and it turned out some outdated pages from us were still online

Definitely one of the best AI app in the market. I made mine being witty and funny - the AI definitely exceeded my expectations. It is so interactive that the customers just keep asking questions just to get the witty responses. I would have given it a 10 if available! The only one comment is it doesn't allow human agent, so not to remove the human interaction from the equation, I have to install another app. But this one is the best. You don't have to set-up anything or manually do anything, it does everything Very genius!!!! Update: The team successfully integrated the live chat feature into the app using a link. I’ve hidden the other app so that we only receive notifications when customers specifically want to chat with an agent. Remarkably, in under two days, the team resolved an issue that would have taken over a week with a much more expensive app—or in some cases, they might have just said "Not possible" outright. I can really say hats off to this app!!

Uns ist besonders wichtig, dass der Chatbot nicht nur bei der Produktberatung unterstützt, sondern auch im Supportfall Kunden an die richtige Stelle weiterleitet. Zum Beispiel sollen Retourenanfragen direkt an unser Retourenportal geschickt werden, und alles andere an unseren WhatsApp-Support. Mit dem Routing in der App lässt sich das sehr einfach umsetzen.

Durch die Startnext Kampagne unserer neuen Apfel-Leder Sneaker kommt es häufig zu Änderungen am Listing, die spätestens nach 24h vom KI Chatbot beachtet werden (oder auf Anfrage sofort! Danke dafür!).

I’m super impressed by this AI chatbot! It acts as our 24/7 concierge for selling jewelry, offering the most natural conversations I’ve ever experienced from an AI. Setting it up was easy, just one click, with many design options to seamlessly integrate it with our Shopify store. I have to give a shout-out to the Flyweight support team too - I had some extra design requests, and they were fulfilled within 24 hours. Can totally recommend it!
