FirstHive is a Customer Data Platform that enables brands to pull in their first party data from various sources. With Shopify, the intent of FirstHive is to enable consolidation of all customer and transaction data for merchants and brands with a storefront on Shopify platform and enable marketing use cases including offline nudges, contextual communication, ad targeting, and abandon cart reactivation.
