Overall really pleased with Feefo (using the free version). We started with Trustpilot but found that they were deleting our verified customer reviews that had been sent through by Shopify, and the support to fix this issue was non-existent. Came across Feefo and have been really happy so far. The service review integration was seamless and easy to setup. Getting the product reviews to display on each product page of our site was a little more complicated but was able to figured it out with the help of Chat GPT.

I'm an existing FeeFo customer with a Premium Plan and this App won't install. If I could give it zero stars I would. Abysmal. I've contact support and they've sent me a word document with complex instructions for creating my own integration app!!!!!! Abysmal.

Firstly, great customer service - the integration team at Feefo helped me install on 3 different website (2 different themes). I ended up having to install using manual code, which was disappointing, I think their 2.0 blocks need the option to edit {{ product.id }} tag from within the shopify theme editor, without this feature it seems to potentially pull an incorrect data-parent-product-sku and you are stuck having to insert the code manually - which is a shame. However, due to the quality of the app once installed and the customer service I cannot knock any stars off for this, and I am now all up and running and thats all that matters. Thanks

Great reviews platform that lets you gather authentic reviews from customers. Was very easy to integrate and all my questions were quickly answered by Feefo's support team and Alex (the Product Manager). The integration generates Google Rich Results which automatically displays stars under products in Google search which is crucial. Very happy overall!

So far, so exciting! AND what was wonderful, and hence am flagging here for the notice of my fellow entrepreneurs is that when we had some niggles installing the feefo widget their team stepped in and helped me with shopify integration and on site optimisation. We use Feefo for our service and product reviews. I don't understand the negative reviews here at all as in our experience it is a really excellent review platform. All our reviews are from verified customers only (so no spammy trolls and haters), and they have a rigorous process for making sure we can't fiddle with the reviews, which means we keep focussing on being excellent! Feefo is a vital part of our customer service toolkit, there are powerful analytics in the portal for us to understand what our customers are saying about us and their support is also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

This app is fraud unfortunatly I deleted other apps and kept this one for reviews , They say in FREE version you get : 150 free feedback request emails in the first month (50 emails a month thereafter) This is a lie, after one month none of the features are working, and you must upgrade to use the app, which is not mentioned in free version description. Support service is very slow, conversations took over an hours back and forth. I had to uninstall
