It works great for Fedex, which is my only carrier. Support is knowledgeable and they jump on calls when you need it.

Very nice of them to initiate the onboarding call for free. The introduction was very much helpful and needed. The support explained the key points and answered all my questions within 30 minutes. The tool covers pretty wide set of features depending on the shipment needs, which is nice. It integrates well with Shopify orders and products.

I wanted this primarily to help pulling over the live rates from FedEx to Shopify. I spent several hours trying to figure out how to do this myself within Spotify and I spend at least two more hours with Shopify support. They were very nice but also could not figure it out. For $20 per month, this little app solved my problem. Support is outstanding......I cannot think of any instance that has been better. I can now pull over my live rates into Shopify checkout. Highly recommended.

This app is simply great! It takes some time to get the hang of it, but that's mainly because of the complexities with shipping internationally. BUT the support is outstanding. I've never had a support experience on that level. thank you very much
