One of the best Shopify app I have ever used when it comes to recovering the abandoned carts with SMS and email. The support is top notch. I'll definitely use on all my stores. I tried many other app but they all have a complicated onboarding process and ask you for many things before activating the campaigns. good customer service but the app needs to provide more transparency by providing proper data about how many SMS being sent to which country and how much i got charged. I have discussed all this with David, noted all the stuff and promised to make improvements to it.
