Love working with the Faire team and portal. It is very user friendly and never diminishes your brand. You are in complete control.

Faire integrates nicely with Shopify. They also offer great support to both their wholesalers and their buyers. Great site!

Wholesale Prices Higher Than Retail Faire markets itself as a wholesale platform, but in reality, many of the prices are higher than retail. That alone makes it unusable for any serious seller trying to maintain margins. On top of that, product quality is inconsistent and often underwhelming for the price. You’re paying “boutique” or even above-retail pricing for items that don’t justify it once they arrive. That defeats the entire purpose of buying wholesale. Between inflated pricing, weak value, and inconsistent quality across vendors, Faire feels more like a curated resale marketplace than a true wholesale solution. I won’t be using it again and wouldn’t recommend it to sellers who actually understand pricing and margins.

Great app and easy to set up. Generated two orders in the first 24 hours from approval (which I also appreciate how stringent they are in prequalifying retailers.)

It is not friendly; we can not do it in bulk. It's tough to search through pages one by one. The view of 20 products per page is not enough.

I installed the app weeks ago and my account is still in review status. Doesn't look like anyone is actually monitoring this app.

I haven't been able to sync orders or product information for days. What's going on? No one seems to be paying attention.

App does not sync properly and Faire has zero support to help you navigate the connection. Their support team never responds to emails and their further claims to "investigate further". Products and data do not sync into Faire. Waste of company time and resources.

Fairly smooth except did not like photo options for main photo on homepage. Rectangle shape and space did not work well for most photos

I had a very disappointing experience with the Faire integration for Shopify. After spending a month in endless back-and-forth messages, Francisco (Faire Integrations) failed to connect the module to my store. Once it became clear he couldn’t solve the issue, he simply refused to help me any further. Since then, the company has completely stopped responding to my messages. I invested my time and effort expecting reliable support, but instead I was left with no solution and no communication. This level of service is unacceptable.

Just started wholesaling 3 weeks ago and have 5 orders !! Learning more everyday and updating and optimizing my store. FAire is helping me get the sales I need to grow my business. Thank you

Works well with transmitting product & inventory info/data required to set up on FAIRE - and correlates sales correctly. I'm happy with it.

We've been selling on Faire for 5 years now - ever since we lost our brand account manager we have had the WORST customer service and absolute worst experience. I have been trying to get help for nearly 3 weeks now - our shopify is no longer integrating, on top of that Faire suspended our best sellers, siting that their was a pricing issue. I had explained several times that like several companies, we had to raise published prices slightly dues to tariffs. Our own website reflects this.. but they did not listen and removed our best sellers just as we are entering our busy sesason. I have customers complaining and wanting to order products, but cannot check out after adding to their cart! I email support repeatedly, nothing. I call the phone # for them and you are told that this line is not supported...!!! I'm about ready to bail! Was a great resource for us in the beginning but now..

Faire has become such a incompetent company. Our sync never works, and they can never help. So we re-install and delete all 500 listings 20 at a time again and again in a loop. This company went out of it's way to undercut and out market competition until they became a monopoly and now we have a company that only cares about their bottom dollar leading the american wholesale industry. Go figure we get this lack luster support. In my experience if you don't poke them every week they'll just never write back, too.

I was able to set up my store correctly, but then when I go to check my products, there not showing up and there's no screen to see them. I cannot stress how hard technical issues have made things.

This app is really great until it's not. Some products publish perfectly and the inventory sync is on point. Other items (and they're completely random) don't pull over to Faire at all. I'll double check every setting is correct and all info is in there...nothing. The customer service is non-existent. I'll go to Faire and ask for help there and they ask if you actually have the product in Shopify. Well...obviously lol. For anyone experiencing the same issue as us: add the product directly to Faire and match the SKU to the product in Shopify. From here, it SHOULD show up in the Faire Wholesale app on Shopify as 'not-linked'. We still can't figure out a rhyme or reason as to why some products don't pull through. It's so frustrating and I wish there were more help.
