Compliqué et visuellement inattractif en ce qui concerne Facebook. L'expérience utilisateur est à améliorer.

still waiting for them to finsish the review on my store that was almost a year ago so I can use facebook and instagram for my shop....................................

There is a serious issue re the integration of Facebook/Meta verification for my store. I have now spent over 1 week trying to sort this and spent over an hour in a phone call with Meta direct via the Shopify 'Help'. Meta themselves claim whilst they reset all my details and asked me to resubmit the same impasse results so I am in an endless loop with a store that whilst the catalogue connects will not validate my FB and Instagram shopping links which without the store is worthless. I am left not knowing what to do?

impossible to get support it says email by 1 day ok and the next is "messenger app: which i did twice and after 1 hour no support terrible app

se des sincroniza no me deja etiquetar 0productos en instagram... va fatal.

Horrrible app, was trying to connect my facebook account to shopify and wouldn't connect. It shows a button for connecting to facebook but once i click on it it doesn't do anything

Super complicado hacer anuncios. De repente no te pilla el pixel de shopify, de repente no en cuentra el catalogo de instagram cuando si iba, etc. Fatal, haré anuncios en TikTok que es mucho menos complicado.

The worst! Don't even bother trying to install this. Absolute hell! One FB account, one page, one portfolio, and it wouldn't accept connecting to it, claiming the portfolio wasn't mine... (Sorry, but WTF!?). And you can't argue with it.

It was very buggy on my computer. It wasn't letting me customize much at all.

Funktioniert nicht!

The Meta Business Suite is a nightmare and I'm having to hire a consultant to straighten it out. I can't link my facebook page for some unknown reason. I can't even log in half the time to Meta as there are 2 of us that are admins. Building campaigns, you can edit them but it won't take you back to where you left off. Overall, it's very difficult.

Nothing works in Facebook. They make things very difficult and their websites have so many glitches. Their internal processes aren't designed to resolve normal issues that arise from running a business. It's always horrible dealing with Meta.

None of my stuff appears to sync correctly. The campaigns don't show up. It's kind of a mess.
