We've been working with Extend for a bit over a year and overall they have been really great. We have had a few instances where they denied a claim for seemingly no reason, because the customer was within the appropriate timeframe and eligible for the claim (whether it be a ring resize or repair), and unfortunately they tell the customer that it's something that our company should cover when it is not. Each time when we've questioned Extend they've conceded and realized they were wrong, but ideally this doesn't happen at all because the customer gets upset at us thinking we're not doing something we should be doing, and in addition are annoyed at the extended time the back and forth with Extend takes before getting a resolution. But overall I would definitely recommend them! They are great to work with and our customers have been very happy knowing they have protection for their products.
