Order Status Reports Call and SMS OTP logs along with the Order status are available within Shopify. Helps in tracking order status: confirmed, canceled or pending verification.

OTP/IVR verification: It's done by sending OTP or IVR calls on customers number.
Reports and Logs: App provides Call, SMS, missed calls and order status reports.
Fallback: SMS is initiated if IVR call retries are over / customer number is DND
