So I really like this app. It's well polished and looks great. The functionality is good and it's genuinely useful. I had an issue with the automatic geo-locate function working. The app wouldn't detect where the user is located, but I think that may be a theme compatibility issue. I do have to say that support is excellent and they were genuinely concerned and motivated to get their app working 100%. I did find an alternative that worked, but I might have to check back in with this app in the future and see if it's 100% compatible after updates. In short, great app with a few kinks on my end.

We were using another Estimated Delivery app for over a year when, suddently it stopped displaying in the shopping cart. After contacting their support, we were informed there was nothing they could do and recommended we find another estimated delivery app. That's when we found SB Estimated Delivery Date ETA. We were having some problems getting this app to display the way we wanted it to in the shopping cart, so we reached out to their support team. The SB support team did what we asked them to do and the Estimate Delivery Date is displaying perfectly! The only reason we are giving this app 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the face that if a customer edits their product after adding to the cart, when they return to the cart, the Estimated Delivery Date is not showing. SB support said it has to do with the app we are using for product personalization. We are reaching out to that app to see if they can address the problem. We would recommend this app to anyone looking for a great estimated delivery app.
