Was sent many emails saying it was changing to a paid app, but no details on pricing or what I actually needed to do. App is now just blank when I try to open it. Was also offered a discount but no details on how to use that either

good app but no option to remove the "Powered By Essentialwolf" and no clue how to get the premium features where i can remove the Powered by since it doesn't look professional on my site

Contact team is very inactive. Told them to get rid of the "Powered by EssentialWolf", which you have to ask to get rid of, instead of having a setting to remove it (honestly, what is the point of it besides making the store look unprofessional). They didn't get rid of it even after 2 weeks of me asking them to. I thought they did, but I had to contact them again.

although the app looks great and im sure it works well unfortunately it doesnt work with our theme. after installing and setting it all up i reached out to support who pushed me towards the install guide. i explained several times my issues and sent a video of the issue and the response was it looks like my theme is not compatable. it would help if they had a list of compatable themes to save people time trying to install an app that wont work. If they can resolve the issue id be happy to try again. theme: Turbo - by out of the sandbox
