We have been using the app for quite a while with no problems, yet we had a technical problem of the App bottom not showing the desired text description assigned on the design options page. We reached out to support and had Sebastian from the team help us. He wasn't only very helpful and active he even helped us move things around with the design, he was a true hero. We are so happy with our experience so far.

I've been using Essential apps for a while and now my entire site runs on all different ones. The fact that they're free is amazing for small stores, and to me a no brainer if you're starting out. Once I scale, I will make sure to scale them too! Also, Samuel (and others ive been in touch with) are SO friendly, fast and professional. I was stuck with custom CSS for an element and within 1 hour all was set and done. Incredible. Cannot recommend this app enough!!

I sell US comics on my Shopify store in Indonesia, and using this app is a must for setting up preorders (which can amount to thousands of new titles each month). The app's customizable features is very useful in providing expectation for customers when a certain title will be released. 5 stars for the developers! If there's one drawback, is that I'd like to find a way to remove the Preorder Campaign from the individual product's page, without opening the app page itself.

easy to use and setup within minutes! I've never had such an easy app and especially for pre-orders. I came to shopify from etsy, and was shocked that I couldnt find a very good pre-order app that was affordable let alone really worked well and was simple to use. THIS IS IT!!!! Thank you for existing Essential Preorder & Presale! I will use this app forever as my business does pre-orders for every restock once a quarter!

Great app, user friendly, and does exactly what it states that it will do. Have been using it for our preorders and everything has worked perfectly. My only nitpick is that I wish you could save what the default text is in the 'ships as soon as possible' box.
