No Live Chat, but you don't need it. Email response is fast and any little issue, or in my case, slight modifications, are done quickly. It's impressive!

This app is a great addition to my store. It's very easy to use and has a lot of customizations available for any theme. I had an issue about the colors not reflecting onto my site, but Samuel helped me resolve the problem within 2 hours. Would highly recommend this app or any other app Essential Apps has!

Great app. We wanted the ability to have a sticky announcement bar with a button on our site and this app was a great solution. We had a small issue when setting the app up, however Eivydas was fast to respond and fix our issue.

Best announcement bar in the app store! Has all the features I need. I had some trouble installing it on my theme at first, but the customer service was incredible! Samuel responded quickly and helped edit the code on my theme so that it was in the right position!

The brand fonts and stickiness functions did not work but within 1 day, Zydrunas from their support team helped fix it. I prefer a good support team than a 100% bug free app (which is impossible anyways) so am giving these guys 5 stars.

Came back to change rating to 5 stars because I was really happy and amazed on how quick they replied to my concerns and provided the solutions for them.

Anyone know how how i can make the running announcement only be one sentence? Now it fills up all avaible space like ”Free shipping!” ”Fre shipping!” ”Free Shipping!” Instead of only one sentence moving its multiple moving.

Really great so far, setup was pretty easy for me. Still testing it out but looks nice for what I wanted to do.

It was easy and quick to use. As a newbie learning to build mywebsite myself. this announcement bar madeit easy to communicate with my clients on the current events of my website. Love it. I have not experince any glitches yet. 5 star.

Highly recommend. Easy to use a nice amount of customisability but it's the support that's been a stand out for me. Have needed two things tweaked so far and support was fast and the requests actioned perfectly. Highly recommend.

It is doing the job as expected. It could have options to place multiple announcements at different locations, but I am satisfied with the current setup. Good job.

Samuel was a great help with customisation requests. Emails were picked up very quickly (within a couple hours) and once the change as confirmed, he was able to make the amendments in the code within 5-10 mins. Great service!

Fantastic application and fantastic support. I had a problem with translation. After I sent a request, the problem was fixed very quickly. Also the bar works perfectly and does what it should.
