Essential Announcement Bar has the most amazing support team. Although the app is very easy to use with lots of design options, I ran into problems concerning the bespoke theme on our site. I contacted support at 8am this morning and Zydrunas replied minutes later. He persevered with the issue and fixed the problem for me within the hour also advising me on how to proceed should I wish to make changes to the announcement bar. An unbelievable level of service, I can see why this app has a five star rating.

So far so good! I needed something simple as I didn't feel like trying to make one myself and my theme has one, but it's not exactly what I was looking for. I'm happy with this so far! I'll update my review if my opinion changes.

My 5 stars are more for the support I received when I had a problem. I have never had better and quicker responses from any organisation EVER! Both requests that I made were answered within 15 minutes, and in plain language with screenshots. I cannot praise them enough! Oh, and by the way, the app is excellent as well. Very nice app and does the job just as needed. Great support by Matas who helped us do a bit of formatting on the mobile version of the announcements bars that cannot be adjusted through the app.

Integrates very well with shopify and I like how you can choose your different colors and even make them gradients. Would definitely recommend

So far I think your essential announcement bar really is an essential part of running a store and letting customers know about specific factors that help them shop more efficiently, Great app and great pricing.
