We worked for 5+ months together and it was a big waste of time and money. They were never able to surpass our own Lookalike and even Broad targeting audiences. They don't have a close follow up with your account and they will let you spend $450 USD with 0 sales (my usual cost per purchase being around $80 USD), that's how bad they are. You'd be better off just launching campaigns by yourself even if you have 0 knowledge about digital marketing believe me...

JUST STAY AWAY FROM THESE AMATEURS. I lost $4,353.50 and over 2 months of my time working with this so-called marketing agency, only to generate $400 in sales. First, I paid $300 for their “setup service,” then they went on to burn $2,500 of my Meta ad budget — with zero sales. Not one. Nothing. Nada. I left a review about my experience, and a guy from their team called me for 3 days straight, literally crying on the phone, begging me to give them another chance. Against my better judgment, I agreed — and lost another $2,000, this time getting back just $400 in return. I tried to reach that same guy last week(which I could not in that movement). After one week the guy told, “This company is not good for my health, I quit.” The same person who called me daily for hours and made endless promises now admits the company wasn't even worth believing in. The problems? – No clear strategy – No understanding of our audience or brand tone – No creative direction – No transparency in reporting – No results Their team is a complete joke. Honestly, I could’ve handed my ad budget to a toddler or clicked random buttons on Meta Ads and likely done better. If you’re in the mood to waste money, test your patience, or explore new levels of disappointment, this is the agency for you. Think of it less like a marketing tool and more like a crash course in anger management. A complete joke — just not the funny kind.

Waste of Money and Waste of Time. I strongly advise against this application, the people based in Turkey who work on this application are not serious, and they have no experience, do not trust their application, the work behind it is very bad.

I prepaid for a year only to have about 2 months of service then they vanished and our store was not performing well at all with their software. The back end setup is not fluid and is cryptic with how it works. Ultimately I gave them a second chance this year, and again had a failure to launch and poor communication. I've tried to get a refund and been promised one for the past 6 weeks with nothing. Don't waste your money.

Do not waste your time or money on this company. They are full of empty promises and completely failed to deliver. They claimed they could drive results but barely managed a pathetic 1.1x ROAS—far from what was promised. They even offered a money-back guarantee, but of course, when I held them to it after giving them 60 days to perform, they outright refused to refund me. Their lack of accountability and poor performance make them completely untrustworthy. Save yourself the headache and find another solution—this one is a total scam. Stay far away.

Please don't waste your time or money. We have an ad spend of £100k monthly between meta & google so our account is pretty healthy. ENHENCER promised an uplift in ROAS and also to increase sales by "QUOTE: at least 25%" by week 6. It is week 6 now and I have just cancelled the plan. They had one campaign that was NEVER in the top 3 ROAS of existing campaigns. Their spend was never over £150 per day. Their "AI" is a less good version of META advanced shopping.

Real review, 8-figure ecom store here. In our meeting, Enhencer said they would refund any money pro-rated amount if we weren't happy. They charge yearly through Shopify. We aren't happy after roughly 60 days. Enhencer can get an OK roi with a very low spend of $100 or less a day. We usually spend $100K/month. So, it clearly doesn't match our level of need, nor do we feel it would get there in the next 30 days (90-day period for ramp-up). Per our agreement, we contacted Enhencer and got the run-around and no prorated refund as discussed, just replies that we are wrong, etc.. and so on. Again, if you are a smaller brand and can afford a $4,799/year one-time fee and spend sub $300ish/day, then it is probably a good app for you. If you spend more than $500 a day, it can't get a good ROI in our opinion, from what we saw. We hired a new marketing team that is blowing the Enhencer app out of the water and not even comparable on spend, roas and coa.

Very poor experience. Was told this would increase ROAS and target correct audiences when in fact it was worse than our own campaign just using advantage plus on meta ads. Do not waste your money. Company based in Turkey. Very keen to get you on board but then say it takes months to see results. Avoid and don’t make the same mistake we did. Completely misled by the product and didn’t do anything it said it would.

Terrible results, the campaign they setup shoved 30% of the budget into LLA that did nothing while prospecting failed to deliver anything better than 1.5X and their remarketing failed utterly with 0. Overall we lost hundreds of dollars with this App and their customer service is poor, never replying to any of our messages. You are better off using advnatage+ than wasting money on this app. Not seen even a second of profitability, very disapointing given the claims they make.
