Useless app. First of all it says free app but it has 7 days free trial and the Ai agent doesn't answer what a customer would have asked yet it would have learnt the products on the website. I don't recommend this app as a chatbot for your e-commerce website.

Writing a review feels like homework, but this chatbot deserves it!!! Seriously, it's so simple even my non-techy coworker figured it out. My support team isn't drowning in tickets anymore. I've caught customers adding stuff to their cart after chatting—conversion boost is real. Plus, scrolling through chat logs helps me figure out what customers really want. 10/10 would recommend to anyone on Shopify.
