Useless app. First of all it says free app but it has 7 days free trial and the Ai agent doesn't answer what a customer would have asked yet it would have learnt the products on the website. I don't recommend this app as a chatbot for your e-commerce website.

Writing a review feels like homework, but this chatbot deserves it!!! Seriously, it's so simple even my non-techy coworker figured it out. My support team isn't drowning in tickets anymore.
