I wouldn’t recommend this app if you’re using it to backdate orders. Great support but it is not doing what I need. When I backdate an order it makes a second order with the desired date and if the customer paid already then I have to go to Shopify admin and reach out to tech support for assistance to properly delete the order i no longer need. I found a loop hole by inputting an order on Shopify, marking it unpaid, going back to editify to backdate the order and being able to delete it through the app. Only to find out it doesn’t save my back date or delete the original order. I’ve been going back and forth with tech support, they are very helpful but the app its self is not

This app does exactly what I need it to do! We use a separate POS in our store on are too busy on the weekends to scan items in Shopify so on Mondays I manually add all the orders from the weekends and back date them. Editify does it perfectly! And the support is excellent! I had a question and Alberto scheduled a video call with me immediately to walk me through what I needed to do.

This app is my secret weapon. We sell a few products that include a lot of sub-components and bundles. Edity allows us to have a consistent customer experience while juggling orders on the backend.

UPDATE: The app creator indicated that the pricing & features bug described below is fixed (I didn't test it though). They also indicated they are working on a solution to allow editing of orders created by another app. The pricing and features of this app are not listed correctly. The app does not allow you to edit orders at the "starter" tier, only at the "pro" tier. Secondly, for anyone wondering - the app does not allow you to edit orders created by a different app (maybe this is a shopify limitation and not specific to this app, I'm not sure).

About App. I was looking for possibility to add backdate orders and this app met my requirements. Easy to use, I solved my problem very quickly. Thank you very much!

I am unable to backdate my orders and I am unable to edit my billing address! I saw that a purchase of the more expensive plan is required to actually see any backdate orders.

Starter plan does not allow to backdate orders without the billing address and you are unable to edit the billing address without the more expensive plan. So unless I pay for the more expensive plan without the free trial, I'm unable to even see if the app works. Very sneaky.

Works exactly as advertised. Easy to use and doesn't require a separate app to open. UPDATE - I couldn't backdate orders without selecting a plan. At the time, I assumed that this was just part of the process and I'd get billed after the 3-day trial. Well, the next morning, I had a bill for $4.99, so there is no 3-day trial. I've requested a refund. I'll update this review if they refund my money. UPDATE #2 - Editify explained why I was charged and it seems to be a mistake on my part. Without a problem, Editify refunded my money. The app worked as I needed, so I changed my review to 4 stars.

Leaving a review to get my one month free... haven't been able to use the app yet... installed to explore the 3 day free trial but keep hitting pay walls asking me to look at the pricing plans. Maybe this is the key to unlock my trial?

Very useful app. I use square for in person sales and sometimes the dates are off upon import. This app helps me keep customer order records accurate by being able to backdate an order. Very helpful!

Lets you backdate orders....Although Looks like it does not support Invoicing to the backdated orders. So not much use.

This app does exactly what I need it to do...backdate orders. Sometimes there are orders I forgot to submit but payment has already been made. This allows me to backdate these orders. It's a simple task and this app offers a simple solution. Highly recommend.

Great App. Does what we needed it to do which is to backdate orders. Helps with tallying and reconciling orders with bank statements. Keep it up!
