They go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or queries, whether thats sharing links to relevant articles, creating customised step-by-step tutorials, or even by granting access to your Shopify so they can resolve issues for you. Definitely 5/5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

I use ecomposer for 3 of my online store because they make it so easy to build custom pages and their customer service is the absolute best tech support you could ever ask for. 24/7 chat bubble always there if you get stuck and need help with anything. Hana always goes above and beyond to help me figure out really custom needs and she is an absolute wizard!

Great app and page builder, but more importantly amazing support provided by EComposer at all hours of the day. I worked with Luna and she was able to help me find a solution to what I wanted to display on my landing page. E-composer has been a life changing experience for me. Basically I had a request for a fully custom build up store. And its un-believable that they helped me with each and everything. EComposer is a great, easy, fun tool to have! The plans are reasonable, customer service is amazing (shout-out to Jade & Andy) I reached out to customer support alot, and they're very responsive, and easy to talk with. The templates are very user friendly, and there's one for every niche to choose from. I will say, the load time was a little slow, but I cant say if its the app or my location and wifi. overall, 10/10!

Easy to use and great templates! The support team responds immediately and will actually perform the action for you. (I have had a couple instances where I needed to do something more advanced, and the support team goes "We updated it for you, refresh your page." and it was done. )

This app's editing screen is a little slow, but you can easily create beautiful pages. It has chat support and is very responsive.
