I am due a refund for unused services. I have previously requested this through your support chat and was directed to Shopify for a refund. Shopify states that Ecomposer is responsible for this refund and is declining to resolve the issue. They have reached out to your team for resolution. I have not heard anything back from your team, and I still have a yearly charge on my billing statement for your service which I never used and already deleted. 2 minutes after subscribing, I downgraded and requested a refund because I was not satisfied with the application on my store. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. UPDATE: ECOMPOSER IS A TERRIBLE APP AND SERVICE. I was hoping Ecomposer would resolve the issue. Seeing as I was charged for an entire year of service without using the horrible application and only downloaded the app onto my shopify store for about 2 minutes to realize it was run-of-the-mill and just like any other landing page builder. I didn't use ANY of the application features because it wasn't any good. Deleted the app immediately after 2 minutes. Have gone through customer support at ecomposer, and they said they couldn't help me, and that I'd need to reach out to Shopify customer support. Well, Shopify customer support said that is not accurate, and Shopify support has filed Ecomposer as unwilling to assist a customer. Shopify support has reached out too Ecomposer to resolve the issue that they are unwilling to fix. So far, I've seen Ecomposer drop my billing charge from a yearly charge down to a monthly Pro charge..why? I shouldn't owe anything for this horrible application. I have emailed Ecomposer's support team 5 times over the last month WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. They are thieves and their customer service is despicable. If my bill is not entirely resolved, don't be surprised if they are removed from the Shopify app store, because either I nor Shopify will allow this to go without consequence.

I've never had a worse experience with an app. While building a product detail section, rows were deleted with no apparent reason why, and the app doesn't have an UNDO function. HOURS wasted. DO NOT recommend.

We installed this app over a year ago and never actively used it. Unbeknownst to us, it was interfering with our checkout process causing customers to be redirected to the homepage instead of completing their purchase. We only discovered the issue after months of lost conversions and confusion. There were no warnings, no visible errors, and no indication that the app was still injecting code or affecting the storefront. This kind of silent interference is unacceptable. If you’re a merchant, check your theme and test your checkout thoroughly in incognito mode as this was never a problem with our existing cookies. If you’re the developer, please build in better safeguards and clearer documentation about what your app does in the background.

I had high hopes for EComposer after seeing all the marketing buzz, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. First, the performance is disappointing. Pages built with EComposer tend to load slowly, and the code output is extremely bloated — which negatively affects SEO and Core Web Vitals scores. Not ideal if you're trying to keep a fast, optimized Shopify store. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive. While it looks modern, it’s not very responsive or efficient when building complex layouts. Basic tasks require too many clicks, and the preview mode often doesn't reflect real frontend behavior, leading to frustrating trial-and-error edits. Support is another pain point. The live chat is inconsistent, and replies often feel scripted or unhelpful, especially for more technical issues. Documentation exists but lacks depth — you're often left guessing. Lastly, the pricing structure is hard to justify. Many essential features are locked behind higher-tier plans, and for the quality provided, it feels overpriced compared to more mature competitors like PageFly or Shogun. Overall, Ecomposer may work for very simple landing pages, but for serious eCommerce stores or developers looking for flexibility and clean performance — it falls short.

It is truly disappointing to see that this company has replaced human interaction with automated responses. When a human representative does respond, they simply send a link, leaving the customer to resolve the issue independently. The quality of your service has been steadily declining. Considering the price, it's also surprising that none of your themes include a header, while your competitors do offer this feature. I used to appreciate your service, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. It’s time for me to move on to other, more affordable and comprehensive apps.

I kept reporting for this again and again. They have kept a watermark and I saw no code on my Shopify for the same and have also reported to support and the support didn't support me properly so I had to post this. Not trustworthy

Die App ist leider sehr unübersichtlich und wurde daher von uns wieder deinstalliert. Dabei haben wir exakt die Anweisungen zur Deinstallation befolgt und es bleibt dennoch Code in und verschiedene Dateien zurück. Was zu Problemen im Frontend führt. Der Support liest unsere Nachrichten offensichtlich nicht vollständig oder ist nicht in der Lage korrekte und ausführliche Antworten zu geben. Alles in Allem eine wirklich schlechte Erfahrung mit der App.

Yes, the app is okay to use—pretty much like any other page builder out there. BUT if your product has any kind of variant picker, do not waste your time. This app lacks the most basic functionality: changing images to match the selected variant. That’s a deal-breaker for any product-based website. It's 2025—this should be a standard feature, not a missing one.

terrible experience, there is no auto save and after 4 hr of works, it crashed and all work lost. never reccomend, i dont know how they get so much 5 star.

I have encountered a problem and I don't know how to solve it I downloaded this tool and I want to use it for the entire store but at the moment I was busy, I cancelled downloading the tool and cancelled the modifications but unfortunately the products page was not returned to what it was even though I removed the tool What is the solution?

Sadly, I cannnot say I've had a great expereicne with the Ecomposer support. They tend to struggle with English. If they get frustrated or stuck, they will simply ignore you. One support agent told me they didn't care because they have so many 5 stars. The app also advertises a "Dedicated Account Rep" for the 99.00 plan. This is a total lie. It's been a month, We've asked at least a dozen time. They just ignore. Now, the page builder is great. It's a great App. BUT BE AWARE - Support is ONLY great if you make sure to NEVER EVER get frustrated if they can't fix a few links over 4 hours time. Because if you do, they will let you hang. And, that's bad business no matter how many 5 stars you have.
