I have multiple templates to choose from. It's very easy to customize my website. When I met some problems with settings, EComposer provides excellent customer service, especially Susan, she really helped me a lot.

Anna helped me a lot to put together my collections page. Not only did she help me thoroughly but quickly as well! I really appreciate the help.

Shopify is horrible but EComposer will change your life. I tried several builders and this one was the best by far however it really isn't the builder that makes this 5 stars. It really is the support. I upgraded purely because I got such amazing support. Jade is amazing and really knows all the features good and bad and will help with custom code when possible. The other people in the support are pretty helpful as well. When the docs can't give you the answers and there is such knowledgable people on hand, you save a ridiculous amount of time getting things done with EComposer. Thank you Jade and team!

Mia was very helpful and quick with her responses when i was facing some issues with publishing my page incorrectly! She was very prompt and friendly and I was able to finalise and publish my page within minutes of her help. Thankyou very much!

Sadly, I cannnot say I've had a great expereicne with the Ecomposer support. They tend to struggle with English. If they get frustrated or stuck, they will simply ignore you. One support agent told me they didn't care because they have so many 5 stars. The app also advertises a "Dedicated Account Rep" for the 99.00 plan. This is a total lie. It's been a month, We've asked at least a dozen time. They just ignore. Now, the page builder is great. It's a great App. BUT BE AWARE - Support is ONLY great if you make sure to NEVER EVER get frustrated if they can't fix a few links over 4 hours time. Because if you do, they will let you hang. And, that's bad business no matter how many 5 stars you have.

I had a problem publishing a footer, and Anna from support responded immediately and had it fixed in seconds. Great customer service!

The hotspot page builder was a bit tricky, so I used the chat feature. Elise saved the day. I had lots of questions and she answered them all. She even took the time to make me some Loom video walkthroughs. The videos saved a lot of time. Thanks for all your help, Elise!

Great app that is easy to use and the customer service is quick, friendly and helpful. They helped us with multiple issues very quickly and were always keeping us updated on the progress if it took longer than expected.

Website would change in between edits without my discretion, product page would break and support are pretty terrible at understanding what you need fixing. After stating I needed the product on the product page fixing, they asked me if the testimonial section was the area I needed fixing.

OMG this app is great I wanted to redesign my website to look more professional and I was able to do that with a free homepage layout. Anna from support was nothing short of amazing she helped me so much and was very prompt with her responses. Im so glad i found this!
