Customer service has been very helpful every step of the way, and quite responsive. Works well to build the website I need customized, and just takes a bit of a learning curve to figure out the functions.

They go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or queries, whether thats sharing links to relevant articles, creating customised step-by-step tutorials, or even by granting access to your Shopify so they can resolve issues for you.
