We used the Wixpa App for tracking between Google Ads and our Shopify store and encountered serious technical problems. The app prevented customers on social media from interacting with our advertisements, leading to significant revenue losses. Our advertising efficiency plummeted, reflected in a low ROAS of only 1.3 despite high advertising expenditures. This experience has left us deeply disappointed and financially significantly impacted. We are extremely dissatisfied with the performance and outcome of using this app.
