Best App for simple form. installation and configuration is as simple as reading abc. add new form then add your required field. and then click do installation on specific theme and page. that's it. i have added the form on my FAQs page.

life savor app. if you want to add form on any theme page like contact or registration or any kind of form you want to set this app you can use with just simple step and you are done. just a little free plan is limited . but everything is smooth and easy to set
