I was very disappointed with this app - I installed it 3 days ago and started the trial. The ads are simple funnels that I could have installed myself and is not worth the exorbitant price charged. It wasted 3 days of ad spend that I could have used on my own creatives that perform much better even on day 1. The CTR and other metrics were lower than I expected as well. Do not use this app, rather setup the ads yourself, you will save your business costs and it really does not take long to setup Meta ads - there are many tutorials on YouTube (recent ones) to assist you. I have seen a lot of people complain here that even though they have uninstalled the app, they still get charged the subscription. I will be blocking my bank account to ensure that the charge does not go through since I have uninstalled this app long before the trial period ends on 8 September.

This app wasted our ad budget, applied series of frivoulous charges on our facebook account and led facebook to suspend the account due to the series of small payments applied - over 15 payments in a few hours. Sent several messaged to the app developers and they aren't even responding. USELESS WASTE of Scarce resources!!!

It calculates conversions that come from other sources and provides false data. The support is horrible; the one time I reached out they weren’t helpful at all then told me they’d get back to me and it’s been 3 weeks and no one did. It’s a waste of money. Avoid.

This apps is not good please don't use this they deduct 29 $ even i delete before trail end. so i don't recommend

Terrible customer service. The app is not working and they do not want to fix it. Also, they do not want to refund the full amount for the lifetime subscription.

Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant l'application Easy Ads sur Shopify. À mon avis, c'est une arnaque complète. Les avis positifs que vous pouvez lire semblent complètement faux et trompeurs. Le support client est particulièrement incompétent. Au lieu de fournir une assistance utile et adaptée, ils m'ont simplement conseillé de cibler le marché anglophone avec mes publicités, alors que mon site est exclusivement francophone. Cela montre une incompréhension totale de leur part des besoins spécifiques de leurs utilisateurs. En termes de résultats, l'expérience a été désastreuse. J'ai dépensé 350 euros pour des campagnes publicitaires via cette application et n'ai généré que 4 commandes. Le retour sur investissement est inexistant et cette dépense n'a fait que creuser un trou dans mon budget marketing. En résumé, je déconseille vivement l'utilisation de Easy Ads sur Shopify. L'application ne tient pas ses promesses et le support client est loin d'être à la hauteur. Économisez votre temps et votre argent, et cherchez des alternatives plus fiables pour vos campagnes publicitaires en ligne.

They ask for reviews about customer support before getting results. I'm extremely disappointed with this app. Despite their claims that AI ads would generate sales, my experience has been entirely negative. I first tried the 7-day trial twice and saw no results. After two months, I decided to give it another shot and purchased their monthly paid package. They insisted that I needed to give the ads more time, but even after 7 days, there were still no results. They reviewed my funnel and ads, suggesting improvements to my website, but none of this made a difference. With their AI ads, I saw absolutely no benefit. This app has been a waste of both time and money.

This App deserve 0 stars , scammers , no real customer support. BE AWERE, they will offer you free trial and to unsubscribe by uninstalling up , but they will keep charging you even if you don't use up and it was undistilled before trial ends. They wont answer on your emails , support is never available. STAY AWAY from this app Even during trial app brought 3 clicks , shameful. Shopify should be more aware ...

I don't think this app will add any value for you. By the time you realize it, you will have already spent a lot of money over 1-2 months. They just set up regular ad campaigns and retargeting, but it's a lie that it targets the right person at the right time. My manual campaigns had better CPA and ROAS than the ones created by this app. You guys should give us more option to use more types creatives and should be given us data on a daily basis too.

I just installed but didn't use it and they billed me for it what an ass

The app didn't work at all. Would not sync products and had 18 error messages which I was told to wait 24hrs for them to clear as this was common issue. The errors didn't clear after 72hrs so I promptly deleted the app. I was offered a further 10 days free trial which I refused BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME! even after I deleted the app well in advance of the free trial ending. I expect a full refund please.. I'll wait, and update this review if they charge me yet again.

it says it's running and it has been giving the same numbers for 5 days, no sales or even visits came through it so clearly it's not working, support is useless they are always offline. just don't use it guys, they are just marketing for their website but for me it was a waste of time.

make add more then 10K and not getting 1K visitor and even one order in 25 days and 2 funel created.

Installed app, granted them access to my facebook ads account and was immediately hacked and charged over $700 for fake ads that had nothing to do with my account.
